Natalie Giroux – Board Member, Board of Directors of the Institut du Savoir Montfort 

Natalie Giroux is an experienced executive and a recognized expert in intellectual property strategy. She founded and led Stratford Intellectual Property for over 15 years, where she oversaw the company’s growth, strategic positioning, and the development of an innovative intellectual property management offering. 

Throughout her career, she has helped numerous technology organizations define and implement intellectual property strategies aligned with their business objectives, while helping to transform IP portfolio management practices through a pragmatic, value-driven approach. 

Driven by a commitment to the French-speaking world, innovation, and community service, Ms. Giroux believes in health research and education that are rooted in community needs and guided by the values of equity and rigor. She is also interested in the role of digital innovations, including artificial intelligence, as drivers of transformation when used ethically and responsibly. 

As a member of the ISM Board of Directors, she draws on her strategic expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and vision for innovation to contribute to the development and promotion of the Institute’s academic mission, for the benefit of the communities.
