Renaud Arnaud, MBA, M.Eng. — Director, Board of Directors of the Institut du Savoir Montfort 

Renaud Arnaud is an operations management specialist. He has over 15 years of experience in management positions within research, health, and innovation organizations at both the federal and community levels. 

As the first Director of Operations at Institut de recherche de l’Hôpital Montfort, he played a key role in the creation and development of the Institut du Savoir Montfort (ISM). He helped establish governance, research support services, and an infrastructure that complies with ethical and regulatory standards for clinical trials. During his tenure, the Institute helped Hôpital Montfort rise to become one of the top 40 research hospitals in Canada. With an MBA and a master's degree in engineering, he also headed up operations at the Construction Research Centre within the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), then at the Canadian Nurses Protection Society (CNPS), where he led organizational and digital transformations to improve service quality and cybersecurity. 

On the ISM Board of Directors, he brings his experience in management, continuous improvement, and technology transfer. Committed to Ontario's Francophone community and Montfort's mission, he firmly believes that the advancement of knowledge, applied research, and health training are essential to improving the well-being of communities.
