Sophie Leduc is a Project Officer and Change Management Specialist on the Innovation team at the Institut du Savoir Montfort. She supports the implementation of health innovation projects, with a focus on adoption, user experience, and process improvement. Her expertise spans stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and program evaluation. Passionate about innovation that simplifies the work of care teams and improves the patient experience, she believes in the power of collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, home renovation, and outdoor activities with her family.
Émilie Fortier is a lawyer specializing in healthcare, with a strong interest in governance, innovation, and the improvement of care systems. She works in the Innovation department at ISM, where she contributes to initiatives aimed at supporting knowledge development, organizational excellence, and the evolution of healthcare practices. In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, Émilie applies her expertise to complex issues in the healthcare sector, such as the legal framework surrounding clinical trials and the regulation of artificial intelligence.
From Montreal to Vancouver, and then to Ottawa, Justin has been leading healthcare transformation projects for 10 years. A PMP-certified professional, he excels at implementing digital solutions, optimizing processes, and translating complex data into strategic decisions. Now serving as Innovation Project Coordinator at Institut du Savoir Montfort, he brings his cross-functional vision and bilingual approach to the service of organizational innovation. An insatiably curious mind, he draws inspiration from travel, cooking, and hiking — firmly convinced that the best ideas are born off the beaten path.
Holding a doctorate in program evaluation, Maud brings over 13 years of experience in the development and evaluation of health projects. As part of the Innovation team at the Institut du Savoir Montfort, she contributes to the development, implementation, and evaluation of digital health solutions, particularly in the areas of virtual clinics and mental health self-care interventions. She is also interested in co-design approaches for digital health innovations with patient partners, clinicians, decision-makers, and innovators. In her spare time, she trades her dashboards for canvases and her analytical eye for a camera lens.
Attiya has a particular interest in initiatives that have a concrete impact on people and communities. Her experience in the health sector has led her to work with multidisciplinary teams and institutional partners, where she enjoys moving projects forward by fostering collaboration and turning ideas into action. Her approach combines strategic thinking, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to advance projects that drive meaningful change. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new cities or tracking down her next favourite read.
