Become a patient-partner

Your opinion matters

At ISM, we believe in the power of collaboration between patients and healthcare professionals. By becoming a patient partner, you play an essential role in guiding research and improving healthcare services. Your experiences and insights can help us develop more effective, patient-centered solutions. Join us and make a difference.

Patient partners in research are a group of people with personal experience of a health problem (including family caregivers) who work with a research or decision-making team to ensure that the best interests of patients remain at the center of the work. Patient partners are valuable team members who offer a unique perspective and should not be confused with research participants, otherwise known as study subjects.

If you would like to contribute to health research as a patient partner, either by contributing to a research project or by contributing to the development of research priorities, please provide the following information (this information is only used by the Francophone Initiative to match you with a team and will not be shared without your consent)

A member of the COFFRE team (if-coffre@montfort.on.ca) will contact you to confirm receipt of your form.

Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an e-mail within a week.
