Agnes Grudniewicz, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. Her research focuses on improving care for patients with complex needs. Through qualitative and mixed research methodologies, Ms. Grudniewicz studies and evaluates the implementation of integrated care initiatives, community-based primary care, care coordination, and outcome-focused care.
In 2015, Agnes Grudniewicz received her PhD in Health Services Research from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, affiliated with the University of Toronto. A postdoctoral fellowship from the Health Systems Performance Research Network also enabled her to carry out work at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, affiliated with Sinai Health System. An active member of the scientific community, she is particularly committed to modernizing and enhancing the training of Canada's health services researchers.
