Biography

Bianca Briciu is a specialist in interdisciplinary research, transformative education, trauma studies, and spirituality. His scientific work focuses on the development of leadership through emotional intelligence, mindfulness, compassion, and intercultural competence. She has published articles on trauma and compassion, emotions in transformative learning, and spirituality in education. She is currently the holder of the Transformative Leadership Chair. She developed programs at the Transformative Leadership Institute for well-being, resilience, emotional and spiritual intelligence, and leadership skills. She is a certified coach in emotional intelligence and integrative somatic trauma therapy.
