Biography

Dr. Lahaie completed his Doctorate in Medicine in 2016 at the University of Montreal. He then completed his Residency in Psychiatry at the University of Ottawa, in the French program, in 2021. He has been working at Montfort Hospital as a psychiatrist. He is a Course Instructor at the University of Ottawa. He is also the Director of the Montfort site for teaching psychiatry to residents. His practice is divided between hospital psychiatry, outpatient care, and psychotherapy. His research interests include the impact of language on care and the factors determining the effectiveness of clinical teaching in psychiatry.
