Dr. Gisèle Mandiangu Ntanda is a professor at the University of Quebec in Outaouais. Through her work, she emphasizes the importance of addressing general social conditions to achieve significant and long-term improvements in population health and offers, among other things, reflections on how health professionals can engage differently with migrants who have a colonial past.
