Biography

Former professional journalist and former head of internal communications and media relations, I am currently a professor at the University of Ottawa. My research focuses on the study of processes, strategies, and tools for internal and external communication within organizations. I am interested in the evolution of the skills of communicators in relation to the changes in the communication profession in the digital age. I am currently studying how communication practices affect organizations by transforming them. At the methodological level, I have developed a narrow expertise in the field of organizational ethnography and in vivo and in situ observation.
