Dr. Jennifer Brunet is an assistant professor at the School of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. She leads various research projects aimed at understanding the psychosocial influences and impacts on physical activity practice. She works to identify and understand the psychosocial factors that can influence motivation for physical activity in order to better prepare interventions aimed at alleviating the health burden associated with physical inactivity. Her research aims to highlight the psychosocial benefits associated with engaging in physical activity.
