Biography

Kamila Premji is a family physician who provides comprehensive primary care to his patients in a diverse and densely populated urban area of Ottawa, Canada. She is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa, where she holds the Junior Clinical Research Chair in Family Medicine. She is also pursuing a Doctor of Family Medicine degree at Western University. Dr. Premji is actively involved in a variety of leadership roles at the regional, provincial and national levels. Inspired by her primary care practice, she is passionate about research on access to primary care, continuity of care, and health system integration.
