Biography

Luc Bonneville holds a doctorate in sociology from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). After completing a year of postdoctoral research in the Department of Health Administration at the Université de Montréal, he pursued his career in 2004 as a professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Ottawa, where he now holds the rank of full professor. With Dr Sylvie Grosjean, he is also co-founder and co-director of the Groupe de recherche interdisciplinaire sur la communication organisationnelle. The author of several books and scientific articles, Luc Bonneville works on the process of social computerization and the transformation of healthcare organizations from the perspective of actor logics, discourses and interactions in the workplace.
