Martin Lauzier is an occupational psychologist and a full professor in human resource management at the Department of Industrial Relations at the University of Quebec in Outaouais. He is the Scientific Director of the Center for Studies and Research in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Behavior. (CERPICO). In terms of research and teaching, he is generally interested in the management and development of human resources. More specifically, he is interested in the aspects of the individual/organization interface that promote the reconciliation between well-being at work and organizational performance. His research output includes more than one hundred and fifty outputs in various forms. Her research was funded by the SSHRC, the FQRSC, the IRHM, and the IRSST. Recipient of several awards, he has published his research in national and international scientific journals, as well as presented the results of his work at various scientific conferences in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Before joining the ranks of professors, he held various positions related to human resources management, change management, and organizational development within different departments of the Canadian federal public service. He is a senior researcher at the Montfort Institute of Knowledge – Research. He is a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec and the Order of Certified Human Resources Consultants. In 2016, he received an excellence award from UQO to recognize the high quality of his teaching.
