Biography

Michelle Lalonde holds a PhD in Nursing Sciences from the University of Toronto. She is currently an assistant professor at the School of Nursing in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. She is working on the development of a research program that includes three areas: 1) the integration of simulation throughout the learning continuum and across the nursing career, from students to practicing nurses, 2) the transition to practice for newly graduated nurses, and 3) the experiences and needs of French-speaking students and nurses living in a minority situation.
