Biography

Sylvain Boet is an anesthesiologist and specialist in hyperbaric medicine. He also holds a Doctorate in Education. He is an associate professor at the Ottawa Hospital, affiliated with the Department of Anesthesia and Pain, the Department for Innovation in Medical Education of the Faculty of Medicine of Ottawa and the Faculty of Education of the University of Ottawa. He has published over 90 articles and received numerous research grants. His research focuses on medical education and clinical practice improvement, with a particular emphasis on non-technical skills and teamwork in acute care.
